It’s a convenient, dedicated design resource for your business. You have one person who knows your brand inside out, understands its look and feel, and works more efficiently with every project. That saves you time, spares you the chaos and gives you confidence that your materials will be consistent, polished and ready when you need them.

It depends on how complex they are – a banner, a single ad graphic, a whole campaign and a fourteen-page report are very different tasks. Before we start, I look at a few typical projects from your business and work out a realistic pace.

Yes. You can add as many tasks to the queue as you need. I work through them one at a time, in order of agreed priority – once one is finished, I move on to the next. At any point you can see what’s in progress, what’s waiting and what’s coming up next. 

The package is designed around your brand’s day-to-day needs, so it doesn’t cover large projects such as complete websites or brand identities – those need their own strategy, timeline and individual quote.

Anything your brand needs day to day for communication, sales and promotion. Most often that means social media graphics, banners, presentations, proposals, ad materials, campaign designs, simple print materials, sales graphics, or assets for launches, promotions and everyday communication.

Simpler materials are usually ready within 1–2 working days. For larger projects, I agree a realistic deadline up front, so you know exactly when to expect the finished work. That keeps things calm, predictable and free of unnecessary chasing.

Revisions are part of working together, so I keep refining a design until you’re happy with it. I want every finished piece to be more than just ‘ticked off’ – it should genuinely look good and be ready to publish, send out or use in your sales.

Yes. The subscription is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel or take a break at any time before the next billing period, and you’re welcome to come back later, subject to availability. 

Yes, but one person on your side should manage priorities and sign off the designs.

Submitting projects is simple and well organised. We work in Asana. You add a task, describe what you need and attach copy, photos, links, inspiration or a short note. You can also flag which task matters most. That way everything lives in one place: tasks, comments, files, priorities and statuses. No digging through old messages or wondering ‘where are we with this?’
