What if I'm unsatisfied with the design?
No need to worry! We'll keep refining the design until it meets your complete satisfaction.
How do I cancel/pause my graphic and web design subscription?
You have full flexibility with our subscription – use it as long as you want, and you can pause or cancel anytime without any hidden fees or penalties. If you have only a few design requests, you can pause your subscription. Our billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you use our service for 21 days and then decide to pause, you'll have 10 unused days remaining, ready to be used whenever you require. To cancel the subscription, just let us know. Your package won't renew from the following month once you cancel.
